Application for Renewal:
The Ohio Department of Education deadline for submitting applications for certificate/license renewal is June 30. During your renewal year, complete the application through ODE online. .
Initial and First Five-Year License:
If you are seeking your initial license, you may do that directly through the Ohio Department of Education.
Planning For your Five-Year License Renewal:
When you begin planning to renew your five-year license, you must go through your Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC).
State Licensed Professionals:
