When: November 18 & December 16
Where: Technology Learning Center, Room 116
What: In our classrooms, there are a myriad of differences among our students. As educators, we build relationships and try to help all our students. However, with so many levels of learning daily, how can we create the best learning environments? Differentiation is one way that can promote learning and be manageable for the educator to implement. Join us to discuss gifted students and creating opportunities to expand their learning. These three afternoon sessions will provide teachers and practitioners with concrete and practical ways to manage the different ability levels in the classroom. Attendees will leave with ideas, strategies, and methods that they will be able to use in their classrooms.
Facilitator: Derek Hatcher, Summit County ESC
