Close to 40 years of reading research is making it's way into practice and policy making. Learn the basics of the Science of Reading movement and why it's important for literacy instruction in your classroom, building, and/or district. Participants will learn what cognitive and neuroscience has uncovered about the brains of skilled readers and how the research can inform our literacy instruction. Our virtual Science of Reading 101 session is on Tuesday, September 28th from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. For additional information or to register, please follow the link.
