Key Qualifications:
Current State of Ohio Superintendent license
Proven leadership in career and technical education
Strong ability to engage with business communities, policymakers, and school districts
Experience in strategic planning and program expansion
High level of professional integrity and strong work ethic
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience as an Ohio school superintendent
Knowledge of Ohio Joint Vocational School funding
Experience in collective bargaining
