Message from our Superintendent, Jennifer Felker

Dear ESCWR Staff and Schools,

Congratulations to our students, families, and staff for completing another successful school year. We have had a great deal to celebrate as well as many challenges and hurdles to problem solve along the way. I am proud of our students and schools for their accomplishments this past school year. I cannot thank our staff enough for their hard work and dedication to our students in Geauga and Lake Counties and beyond.

Please have a wonderful summer and enjoy amazing memories with family and friends. I hope all of you have an opportunity to relax and rejuvenate. Your deserve it! I look forward to the next school year and continuing to enhance our amazing programs and services for students.

In closing, I want to thank our Governing Board of Education, staff and school leaders for all you do daily to support the ESCWR and our programs/services.

Best Always,

Jennifer Felker
Superintendent

OTES 2.0 Bridge Training - Online Asynchronous

We have scheduled an OTES 2.0 Bridge Training online, starting on June 16th through June 29th.

The Ohio Teacher Evaluation System 2.0 Bridge Training is required for existing OTES 1.0 credentialed evaluators to address shifts with OTES 2.0. Bridge Training is a pathway that leads to OTES 2.0 re-credentialing. Upon completion of the OTES 2.0 Bridge Training evaluators (participants) may re-credential through the new on-line credentialing system. The OTES 2.0 Bridge Training will provide a better understanding of the OTES 2.0 Framework and Model, allow practice of skills and allow for sharing of resources and best practices in educator evaluation. Registration must be completed through your STARS dashboard. It is important that your  email address is up to date in your OHIO ID Portal. All communications will be sent to the email address that is associated with your account. Click here to register.
