Message from our Superintendent, Jennifer Felker:

October 1, 2024

Dear ESCWR Staff,

As autumn arrives with its crisp air and vibrant colors, it’s a perfect time to reflect on the wonderful work happening across our classrooms, offices, and programs. Fall brings a sense of rhythm and routine, much like the steady pace we’re finding in this school year.

Whether you are in the classroom, on the road, or supporting behind the scenes, you have likely settled into your routines, building connections with students and colleagues. It’s during this time, when the school year’s rhythm takes shape, that strong bonds are formed and impactful learning begins. Your dedication to fostering these connections helps create supportive and meaningful environments for our students to thrive.

Let us embrace the energy of this season, stay grounded in our routines, and continue to nurture the relationships that make our work so special. The connections you build with students are the foundation of their growth, and the impact you make each day is invaluable.

Thank you for your hard work, care, and commitment to excellence. Together, we are making a difference.

Warm regards,

Jennifer Felker
