Message from our Superintendent, Jennifer Felker:
Dear ESCWR Staff,
I trust this message finds you well and that you've found your rhythm in the classroom, establishing routines, and building connections with our students, fellow staff members, and families. It's remarkable how quickly time has flown; we're now in mid-October, swiftly approaching the conclusion of the first semester. I often think back to our convocation where Dr. Joe Sanfelippo's inspiring words set the tone for this school year. Let's hold on to that inspiration, as we navigate the challenges and celebrate the triumphs that lie ahead.
Over the past month, I've had the privilege of visiting classrooms and engaging with our staff, witnessing the incredible support and educational opportunities you provide for our students. Your dedication and hard work in the field of education do not go unnoticed. The Educational Service Center of the Western Reserve plays a crucial role in our schools and communities, and your expertise is invaluable to our Governing Board, schools, and families.
As the fall season unfolds, revel in the beauty of nature's changing colors, and share in the excitement of Halloween with our students. This time of year is truly special. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the unwavering commitment you display every day, benefiting our students, families, and the betterment of our schools and communities.
Wishing you a fulfilling autumn and looking forward to the journey ahead.
