From new administrator to executive leadership level, the ESC of the Western Reserve offers a variety of professional networking opportunities, professional development series, and customizable options for coaching and support. The ESCWR Curriculum Team members have extensive experience in both building and district-level leadership. Drawing from those experiences, the Curriculum Team is adept at providing support to principals and central office leaders on instructional rounds, coaching models, restorative practices, communication systems, and structures, creating cultures of learning, monitoring school-wide initiatives, and OTES 2.0 implementation.
