Our Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) Coordination services play a pivotal role in optimizing educational outcomes. We lead the evaluation and revision of MTSS and Response to Intervention (RTL) initiatives, tailoring programs for academic,

social-emotional, and behavioral supports (PBIS). Actively supporting district MTSS programming development, the coordination team ensures alignment with diverse needs. They facilitate and coordinate team meetings to discuss, evaluate, and adjust strategies for effective implementation.

Additionally, the team contributes to the development of Tiered Intervention Support programs, addressing individual student requirements. In essence, the ESC's MTSS Coordination services are dedicated to creating adaptive, collaborative environments that enhance academic achievements and support student well-being. Our Ohio Improvement Process (OIP) Consultation Services takes a leadership role in planning, developing, and executing the OIP in collaboration with district and school leadership. The focus is on ensuring alignment with state standards, educational goals, and district priorities. The services include providing training and professional development sessions for educators, specifically on the OIP framework, data analysis, and evidence-based practices. The consultation services aim to support the development of a shared understanding of the OIP among all stakeholders and guide educators in the effective collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to inform decision-making. Our School Safety Specialist ensures a secure learning environment by providing expertise in safety protocols and emergency preparedness. Collaborating with educators and community stakeholders, the specialist assesses, plans, and implements effective safety strategies, including drills and emergency response plans. Through professional development, the specialist empowers school personnel, aligning with the district's commitment to a safe and nurturing educational environment for the well-being of students, staff, and the broader school community. Our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Training Services lead the planning, development, and

implementation of tailored PBIS initiatives in alignment with the PBIS framework, district goals, and individual school needs. We offer specialized training and continuous professional development for educators, staff, and administrators, ensuring they have the necessary skills to integrate PBIS principles effectively.
