- FBI only $40
- BCI & FBI both $70

You must bring a VALID form of ID -
Expired ID will not be accepted- Driver's License

Your social security number and an Ohio Revised Code (ORC) are required to process the background check.
NOTE:
*If you are a minor, a parent/legal guardian must be present at your appointment.
*Educators - an FBI background check MUST be completed every FIVE years, regardless of when your license expires.
